The trademarks "Foggy Room™," "Foggy Room Stars™," and "Foggy Room Studios™" and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Foggy Room, LLC. This includes all phonetic variations and similar-sounding names.
By submitting content to us, you grant Foggy Room, LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content for the purpose of providing services to you.
We take privacy and confidentiality seriously. Your personal information and project details are protected under our strict privacy policies. We maintain the highest standards of confidentiality for all client projects and personal information.
Payment terms for services will be outlined in individual project agreements. All fees are due as specified in your service contract.
Refund policies vary by service type and will be detailed in your specific service agreement. Generally, work that has been completed and delivered is non-refundable.
In no event shall Foggy Room, LLC, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our services.
We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

These Terms shall be interpreted and enforced in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in the United States.
